Unless stated otherwise, the delivery costs are stated at time of purchase. 31 Chapel Lane are able to arrange carriage of goods to most international addresses and will always seek to use the most cost effective service insofar as this dOES not affect the quality of service.
international shipping
We ship internationally and we use PRIMARILY An Post Ireland OR DPD to deliver all orders. Delivery times are between 9am - 5pm on business days. please do not request that your parcel be left outside or near your premises as we cannot request our delivery service suppliers to do this and for security reasons cannot write any messages on the package. Please email orders@31chapellane.com if you'd like us to arrange special courier service for you, we are happy to assist.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated notification to the email address you provided during check out.
For Irish customers, please expect to receive your orders within 1-3 Business days once dispatched.
For European customers, Please expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days.
For all other international customers, please expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days.
Unfortunately, there's no track and trace service for standard shipping method.

Our shop is a merchant you visit for things that are truly unique and special, most of the items we sell are limited edition, they will be archived and will not be repeated once they are sold out. The best way to keep up with the launch of our new items is to sign up to receive our irregular newsletters, that way you will be the first to know when any new items are added to our e-store.

Since the beginning, one of 31 Chapel Lane's founding principles is to support local employment and suppliers, for this reason, prices listed in our e-store are our true prices; consequently, we do not offer promotional discounts or run sales/markdown campaigns.
We appreciate your continued support and are happy to offer a price matching policy, as this way you are encouraged to examine the costs involved and trust that our pricing structure is fair and real all year round.
price matching policy
If a customer finds an identical item that's priced lower than www.31ChapelLane.com, we will match the price - the source of the supplierS must be current and the item must be produced in the same specifications to include at least the followings:
- using only 100% Irish linen or 100% pure wool for the entire finished garment, in the same colour, of the same fabric weight, quality and finishes
- made only in Ireland, from toile and test garment to finished garment
- finished to the very same manufacturing quality and standard as 31 Chapel Lane
refund and return
We guarantee the quality of the work we do are of excellence. each piece of work is under a strict quality check process and examination before dispatch.
However, If you are unsatisfied in any way, we will issue a refund to items (excluding shipping cost and third party payment processing fees of 2.9% + 0.25€)
that are returned to us within 3 days of delivery, in the same unused condition and in original packaging.
Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
Shipping costs to customers are taken care of by 31 Chapel Lane whereby the postage expenses of items being exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances will 31 Chapel Lane accept returns sent carriage due.
You must also inform us of your intention to return/replace the product by e-mail to orders@31chapellane.com before returning or exchanging items.
Due to our honest pricing and complimentary worldwide shipping structure, no refunds, and only exchange or credit note is available on international orders (outside of Ireland) under €400.00; replacements and refund will only be facilitated after our office have received and examined the original goods, we do apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused related to our effort in avoiding illegal incidents such as thefts, scams and manipulations.

At 31 Chapel Lane, every single task we do throughout the entire supply chain, we take initiative to Lower, or make minimum impact on the environment.
one of the common practices is that we make every effort to minimise the amount of packaging materials we use.
Whilst Occasionally, we do use plastic sleeves to protect parcels from getting damp from wet weather during transits, we recycle used parcel boxes and use compostable boxes for all our shipments, therefore please do excuse the non-branded and ‘not so pretty’ parcel boxes.
